1. Master: Turquoise bedroom with a Double bed.
Located just off the dining room on the ground floor, this bedroom is furnished with a Double bed and the most beautiful hand painted ceiling called 'The Coronation of Venus' dating back to the 18th century. All its walls are lined with hand made watered turquoise silk fabrics. There is a pair of concealed wardrobes on both sides of the bed and an 18th century Italian walnut commode. This room has the television and looks at the inner courtyard and has a private entrance directly from the courtyard.
2. Second:Queen bed which can be separated to two single beds upon request.
Located on the second floor of the apartment, accessed via the leopard staircase. The walls of this charming bedroom are covered in embroidered silk fabric. On the opposite side of the bed, there is a pair of built-in wardrobes on both sides of the alcove which accommodates a Chinoiserie hand painted console. This room has a television and overlooks the courtyard.
3. Third: Single bed.
This charming bedroom has a window looking to a tiny courtyard but also has the balcony opening looking down to the dining room. It has burgundy colored velvet curtains for privacy and has an 18th century bed for one person as well as a commode and a corner wardrobe.
Three Bathrooms/One Powder Room:
1. Master: Ensuite to the Master with a bath tub, sink and toilet.
2. Second:Located on the ground floor with a shower, sink and toilet
3. Third: Shower, sink and toilet with tortoise shell wallpaper.
3. Powder Room: Toilet and sink, located on the first floor connected to the single room within the mezzanine.
The fully equipped kitchen has a concealed fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. 19th century engravings about period cutlery adorn the walls. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster and all the cooking amenities are available. Dinner set and glassware are available for 12 persons including Christofle cutlery for 12 persons. Antique silver plated tray, silver plated tea set, silver plated pitcher and other accessories are ready for a chic entertaining.
The grand and glamorous reception room has two splendid windows overlooking The Seine. This impressive salon of over 530 square feet has ceilings of 16 feet hight with a 17th century marble fireplace and original point d’Hongrie parquet floors. The walls are green silk covered with a pair of 18th century gilded console tables. Priceless tortoise carapaces adorn the mantle with imperial peacocks and iridescent butterflies transform the salon into a chic cabinet de curiosities’. Antique furniture add glamour, bespoke sofa and club chairs provide comfort to the reception room complete with an important Persian carpet with chale design creates the background for all these pieces.
The dining room is a Chinoiserie fantasy. There are hand painted Chinoiseries panels on the walls from late 18th century. A pair of 18th century Sicilian Chinoiserie painted consoles with black and white checkered stone floor. There is an dining table which could host a dinner for 12 persons. The dining chairs are 18th century Regence period. This impressive room with a musicians (minstrels) gallery has 16 foot ceilings and looks at the beautiful courtyard of the building. There is a possibility to enter directly to the dining room from the courtyard by a private balcony entrance. The Venetian blind curtains of the dining room are made of bamboo and framed by antique sari fabrics and antique trimmings.

Once you enter by the monumental door on the Quai, you have two options to enter the apartment which is located on the raised ground floor of a hotel particulier. One may use the impressive wrought iron staircase which is listed by the Monuments Historiques and in 5 steps you will enter a semi-private beautifully decorated entrance which is shared by the next door neighbor. From this entrance, you enter the private entrance to the apartment. This gives a double security to the apartment. The other option to enter the apartment through the courtyard, then take the private entrance/balcony to the apartment and enter either into the dining room or into the turquoise bedroom.
Île Saint-Louis is a primary artery where old world class, historic sites, and throngs of restaurants and shops converge. It’s worth taking the time to discover the narrow streets, as you never know what hidden gem you will unearth. Walk along the curve of the Seine and watch the boats careen along.
St Michel Notre Dame B Pont Marie 7 and Hotel de Ville 1 are a few minutes walk away across the footbridges
