Most of the apartments happily welcome children. However there are select few that are not suitable for young children. If there is an age limit for an apartment, it will be noted in the apartment “home truths”. Many of the apartments contain delicate antiques and original artwork so we kindly ask that children are cautious around the apartment.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Air-conditioning is a rare feature in Paris. Even some of the most exclusive Paris hotels do not offer air-conditioning. While we do have some residences with partial and central air-conditioning, not all apartments have air-conditioning. Please be advised that air-conditioning in Paris is not ubiquitous with air-conditioning in the US. Meaning, while it will cool down the apartment, it will not reach chilling temperatures. Please note that many of the apartment buildings in Paris are old stone buildings and do a great deal in keeping the interiors cool.

Our standard check in time is 3 PM and our standard check out time is 10 AM. For earlier check in, if the apartment is vacant the morning of your arrival you will be able to check in earlier. If another guest is checking out the morning of your arrival, you can drop off your luggage at the apartment by 10 AM while the apartment is being cleaned and return to the apartment for formal check in at 3 PM.

For later check out, if there isn’t a guest checking in on the day of your departure, you can check out as late as 12 noon. All check in and check out times will be facilitated by your concierge and confirmed with the property manager.

All rates include initial and final cleaning, personal meet & greet at check in, unlimited access to our concierge via phone and email, taxes, utilities, towels, linens, and unlimited WiFi, local calls from the apartment phone. Air beds and cribs are available for rental for an additional fee to accommodate extra guests when permissible.

The property manager will get you settled in to the apartment, show you how things work, answer your questions, give you with keys and leave you to enjoy your stay. Absolutely. In fact, all of our apartments are located in arrondissements 1 thru 8 which are the most sought after neighborhoods in Paris. Furthermore, all of our apartments are hand-picked for their proximity to a metro station, restaurants, major sites, shopping and more.

Is housekeeping offered during my stay?

All apartments include initial and final cleaning. Some apartments include mid-week housekeeping services as part of the rental fee. Other apartments do not include mid-week housekeeping. If your apartment does not include mid-week housekeeping and you would like to arrange for this service, we can happily do so for a nominal fee. Please note housekeeping is only offered Monday through Friday and not on French National holidays.

Do you offer private roundtrip transportation from the airport to the apartment?

While this service is not included in the rate, it is certainly something that Rik, your concierge, can arrange for you. In fact, nearly all guests request this service and in our opinion, it is worth every penny to ensure a seamless and comfortable transport to the apartment.
