Anice is the largest and most spectacular apartment in this historic palazzo, and includes a living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and beautiful canal views. Towering ceilings and stylish custom-made Italian furnishings make this space a regal place to stay.
No detail has been overlooked in the complete renovation which features a harmonious palette of muted greys and blues for the bedrooms’ accessories to offset the neutral colors of the apartment. Draperies and cushions are in precious hand-painted fabrics by Fortuny and Rubelli, while accessories include Murano glass designer fixtures and chandeliers. For lighting, a mix of floor lamps, lamp sets, and indirect illumination is used to create different degrees and effects. The vibe is contemporary with the use of geometrical and clear lines softened by local accents in the use of glass and traditional embroidered textiles.
The apartment is located in the lively and central San Polo district, which takes its name from its main square, the largest in Venice after Piazza San Marco and from its church. Certainly the most important area in this district is Rialto, with its bridge, the typical fish and vegetable market and the church of San Giacomo di Rialto, considered the oldest in Venice. Of great architectural and artistic importance are also the Basilica of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari and the Chiesa di San Rocco.

Walls are covered in gorgeous Rubelli wall paper, bed is by Felis covered with Dedar and Rubelli textiles. A step away is a luxurious full bathroom featuring a bull’s-eye window on the canal.
2. Third: Located off the independent hallway featuring a King Bed OR two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom. Facing the garden and canal and with beautiful oak floors. The spacious bedroom is decorated with a Susami tapestry from Central Asia, floor lamp by Catellani & Smith, sconces by Contardi.

The apartment is located close to some of the major attractions like the Frari Church and the Rialto Bridge, but is slightly off the beaten track, offering a refuge from the crowds of tourists. Conveniently positioned near the San Tomà boat stop, and a short walk from the Grand Canal and the Basilica dei Frari. The apartment enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the city. In the immediate vicinity are several popular restaurants and bars.
The San Polo district is also characterized by the highest concentration of traditional Venetian taverns: particularly typical Venetian bacari which serve the delicious Venetian ‘tapas’ called ‘chicheti’, as well as a variety of wines from both the Veneto area and other regions of Italy.
